countdown

one more week and i'm leaving on a jet plane.

my backpacking backpack arrives tomorrow (is there a better term for that? i really hope so) and i am supposed to get my finances in order so i can last the semester.

it's getting close and i feel a little strange. not really nervous, but i sort of wish i was just there rather than having all of the build up to it.

well, i'm going to go load a bunch of music onto my laptop
